VERDUZZO FRIULANO DOC
Friuli Colli Orientali
Variety of the grapes: 100% Verduzzo from Friuli
Training system: Guyot Density: 4500 plants / ha
Vinification: After a slight drying in the plant, the grapes are crushed and de-stemmed and macerated in cold press for about 24 hours. When the wine has a sugar content of about 8%, the decanting starts and the temperature of the mass is lowered to maintain its natural softness.
Color: wine with an intense golden yellow color.
Olfactory and gustatory notes: The nose recalls the blooming of acacia and ripe fruit, full and full-bodied in the mouth. Very long in the mouth – because the pleasant sensation remains for a long time after swallowing, balanced, sweet but not cloying.
Serving temperature: Serve preferably at 10-12 ° C.
Pairings: It is a very appreciated wine with aged cheeses, it goes well with liver paté and all dry pastries.
Variety of grapes: 100% Yellow Muscat
Vinification: cold maceration of the destemmed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel barrels. At about 5 degrees alcohol the must is quickly co-oled to stop the fermentation and keep its natural sugar residue. Subsequently it is bottled in a cre-scent moon to obtain a slight vivacity.
Olfactory and gustatory notes: A light sweet wine, very fragrant and lively. Ideal at any time on hot days. It is perfect with dry pastries and fresh fruit salads

Vinification: the selection grapes make the alcolic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 8-10 days to a maximum temperature of 25-27°C. In this stage we do many remontages and delestage for facilitate the extraction of the color and tannins. After racking the wine does a long series of battonnage and it complete in stainless until the bottling. A part of wine is aged in barrels for 18 months.
Color: ruby red wine with violet glares.
Olfactory and gustatory notes: wine pleasant aroma with hints of blackberry, raspberry and undergrowth in the mouth is warm, dry with lingering aftertaste.

PICOLIT DOCG COLLI ORIENTALI DEL FRIULI
Vinification: After raisining the grapes for about a month in a temperature and humidity controlled room, the grapes are then destemmed and cold pressed for 6 hours. Gentle pressing of the grapes is followed by fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts. After about 12 months, the wine is bottled.
Color: Bright golden yellow
Olfactory and gustatory notes: Sweet notes that transform into elegant aromas with hints of candied fruit and caramel.
Serving temperature: 14-16 °C
Pairings: A wine to be sipped. Pair with Foie Gras on toast (fatty goose liver) or full-flavoured blue cheeses. Also to be enjoyed with Oysters and Prawn sashimi.
Vintage Rosè Sparkling Wine

Vinification: Cold maceration of the destemmed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel barrels. Refermentation in autoclave with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature for about 2-3 months, carried out on site.
Color: Light pink.
Taste and fragrance: Creamy foam, fine and persistent perlage. The nose is very intense, fruity and floral. Reminiscent of small red fruits and pink flowers. Soft and balanced in the mouth, with good freshness and salinity. The finish is dry and persistent.

Pairings: Tasty appetizers and fish-based first courses. Ideal wine for every-day convivial moments.
