Color: straw-yellow colored wine with greenish reflections
Olfactory and gustatory notes: Fruity and floral notes on the nose. In the mouth it is ample, sapid and perfectly balanced.
Serving temperature: Serve preferably at 12-14 ° C. Serving suggestions: At the table it is an excellent aperitif, it goes well with light appetizers, light soups, and dishes based on eggs or fish.

Olfactory and gustatory notes: the most famous Friulian vine, fruity and intense. In the mouth it is round, easy to drink, with a typical aftertaste of bitter almond.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, perfect with all cold cuts and cheeses and light first courses.

RIBOLLA GIALLA DOC

Pairings: Pleasant aperitif, it goes very well with all fish, raw and cooked appetizers.

SAUVIGNON DOC

Olfactory and gustatory notes: The nose releases an intense bouquet that ranges from tropical fruit to elder flowers, sage, tomato leaf, lime and green pepper.
On the palate it is dry, with good structure and good acidity and at the same time reveals its aromatic character.

Pairings: It goes well with simple first courses based on herbs, it is perfect with omelettes, crustaceans and fried fish.

Serving suggestions: To be paired with roasts, goat’s cheese, sauced fish dishes, shellfish and liver pate.

PINOT GRIGIO DOC

Olfactory and gustatory notes: An elegant wine, expressing fruity and floral notes. In the mouth it is structured, ample and of excellent persistence.

Serving temperature: Serve preferably at 10-12 ° C.
Pairings: At the table pleasantly accompanies appetizers, first and second courses of vegetables, light soups, fish and white meats.

Wine dedicated to our roots, Elio and Vilma.

Doc Riserva white wine made from selected white wines and aged in Tonneau for 12 months. 2018 vintage.

This year we celebrate the 105th anniversary of the long family tradition that has become the reality of a winery located in an enchanting site on the slopes of Bosco Romagno, to which the two new wines Aljere and Alasrà are dedicated.
